The Client agrees to pay a reservation deposit of 200,000 Baht (Two hundred Thousand Baht) (hereinafter called the “Reservation Deposit”) on the signing of this Reservation Form, and agrees to pay 3 installments as follows:

1. The 1st payment 30% shall be paid on the piling stage and signing the contract date*30% minus deposit 200,000 baht already.
2. The 2nd payment (20%) with in two months from the piling stage.
3. Final payment (50%) shall be paid when transfer date.
   In case the client does not continue with the purchase, the money paid to the company cannot be refunded .
